The whole guesthouse was brand new, nicely decorated. Clean and tidy. Breakfast on time time and quite the assortment. Be hard pushed to get better anywhere else let alone kirkwall.
Lovely , friendly place to stay. Room was cosy, welcoming and clean. Cooked breakfast delicious with real tomato sauce if you fancy. 5 minutes from the centre. Stacey, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Great value.

Exceptional accommodation, well presented, roomy and quiet, close to town centre and harbour.
Stacey is welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, attentive and a great breakfast cook. We stayed two nights and twice I forgot to take a pic of my amazing full breakfast because I totally delved in! There is a kettle with tea bags, coffee, hot choc and even shortbread in the room, along with a hairdryer. My daughter and I have only great memories of Orkney and this wonderful guesthouse contributed to the positive experience. Our twin room is modern, imaculate and cosy. However it's next to a hot water and central heating tank that is permanently heating up even through the night. Cars are safely parked in guesthouse private carpark and the location is easy to find and spot on for everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lucky find to my friends.
